Contracts Area Manager – Capistrano Beach, CA, US
The Contracts Area Manager oversees all aspects of the daily operations of contracts department with in the dedicated area. The Area Manager ensures accuracy and compliance with all company policies and procedures, with emphasis on accurate contract generation, compliance with credit underwriting and pricing guidelines. Acts as a liaison between the Sales Management team and Financial Services to support overall sales and company goals. The Area Manager oversees staff hiring, training and discipline. The Area Manager actively exhibits professionalism and leadership while promoting a team-oriented environment. The Area Manager is required to commute back and forth to each site to ensure coverage and support as needed.

Detailed Description
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Implement and manage all phases of contracts operations, contract accuracy, corporate reporting and ensuring compliance with all corporate policies.
Conduct quarterly and yearly employee evaluations including coaching, quality assurance and team development.
Report accurate information on a daily basis to various levels of management.
Prepare and approve departmental payroll.
Oversee staff to include hiring, training, supervision and discipline.
Track and monitor money from sales, cash outs and pender flows. Assist with all exceptions.
Accountable for accuracy of all daily cash intake for down payments.
Provide superior customer service in accordance with the Company DRIven to Excellence standards.
Consistently practice the We Love to Say Yes® and maintain the highest standards of professionalism when interacting with fellow team members, management, owners, members and prospects.
Operate office machinery (i.e., computer, copy machine, fax machine).
Perform other duties as assigned.
Travel as needed to support all job functions pertaining to contracts in the area of responsibility.

Job Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS
Required:
Five plus (5+) years of supervisory/management experience of eight or more employees preferred.
Computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
High School diploma, GED or equivalent.
Preferred:
Four (4) to six (6) years vacation ownership work experience in a contracts-related environment.
Bachelor’s degree.
