Detailed Description
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide a clean, sanitary and inviting hotel room for the guest.
Clean guest bathrooms, bedrooms, parlors and kitchenettes.
Make beds with clean linen, and places clean linen in bathrooms.
Vacuum and spot-clean carpets.
Clean lamps and check for correct light bulb wattage.
Replace and add required supplies in guest rooms.
Turn in lost & found articles immediately.
Empty and clean vacuum sweepers.
Stock carts with necessary linen, room and cleaning supplies.
Report room status throughout the day.
Complete assignment sheets.
Report maintenance deficiencies.
Comply with company & departmental policies and procedures.
Provide assistance to other team members to contribute to the smooth operation of the department and resort.
Provide superior customer service in accordance with the Company DRIven to Excellence standards.
Consistently practice the and maintain the highest standards of professionalism when interacting with fellow team members, management, owners, members and prospects.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS
Required:
Six (6) months general cleaning experience.
Preferred:
Previous experience in the hospitality or timeshare industry.
High School diploma, GED or equivalent.
SKILLS
Required:

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Time management; the ability to organize and manage multiple priorities.
Problem analysis and problem solving skills.
Initiative and adaptability.
