This team member ensures adequate cleaning supplies are available. The House Person completes assignment sheets and reports public area discrepancies & maintenance to the Housekeeping Manager or Housekeeping Supervisor.

Detailed Description
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Clean lobbies, restrooms and other public areas.
Vacuum and spot-clean carpets.
Turn in lost & found articles immediately.
Empty and clean vacuum sweepers.
Stock supply rooms & carts with necessary linen and cleaning supplies.
Complete assignment sheets.
Report maintenance deficiencies.
Comply with company & departmental policies and procedures.
Provide assistance to other team members to contribute to the smooth operation of the department and resort.
Provide superior customer service in accordance with the Company DRIven to Excellence standards.
Consistently practice the Meaning of Yes® and maintain the highest standards of professionalism when interacting with fellow team members, management, owners, members and prospects.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS
Required:
Six (6) months general cleaning experience.
Preferred:
Previous experience in the hospitality or timeshare industry.
High School diploma, GED or equivalent.
SKILLS
Required:

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Time management; the ability to organize and manage multiple priorities.
Problem analysis and problem solving skills.
Initiative and adaptability.
