Detailed Description
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Answer and direct incoming telephone calls in an accurate, efficient and professional manner.
Takes messages for owners, members and guests as appropriate.
Log, deliver and monitor wake-up call requests.
Place outbound calls to mobile phones for executives.
Enter service request tickets, dispatch housekeepers & engineers using radios, and follow up with guest to ensure satisfaction within established time frames.
Set up and execute conference calls.
Conduct basic telephone repairs.
Perform group voice mail messages.
Assist owners, members, guests and team members with voice mail system.
Ensure safety compliance and follow proper emergency procedures.
Complete special projects.
Provide superior customer service in accordance with the Company DRIven to Excellence standards.
Consistently practice and maintain the highest standards of professionalism when interacting with fellow team members, management, owners, members and prospects.
Operate office machinery (i.e., computer, copy machine, fax machine).
Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS
Required:
Six (6) months of clerical work experience.
Previous customer service experience.
Computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
High School diploma, GED or equivalent.
Preferred:
Previous PBX Operator or Call Center Agent experience.
Previous experience in the hospitality or timeshare industry.

Excellent customer service skills.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
Time management; the ability to organize and manage multiple priorities.
Problem analysis and problem solving skills.
Initiative and adaptability.
Detail oriented.
Preferred:
Ability to operate multi-line telephone systems.
