Detailed Description
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Introduce Diamond Resorts International® to assigned tours through an approved, scripted presentation.
Facilitate a Microsoft PowerPoint presentation while speaking.
Ensure professionalism and excellence in podium presentation and podium material to include equipment.
Provide a high level of time management including presentation time and down-time.
Responsible for driving sales results.
Achieve budget VPG with monthly variance.
Assess performance trends of sales representatives and provide regular feedback to sales representatives and managers.
Provide ad hoc training as needed.
Embrace change dynamics aligning with strategic direction of Diamond Resorts International®.
Provide superior customer service in accordance with the Company DRIven to Excellence standards.
Consistently practice and maintain the highest standards of professionalism when interacting with fellow team members, management, owners, members and prospects.
Operate general office machinery (i.e., computer, copy machine, fax machine, etc.).
Perform special projects and other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS
Required:
California Real Estate License
Demonstrated public speaking experience and presentation skills.
Computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
High School diploma, GED or equivalent.
Licensing as required by state laws & regulations.
Preferred:
Podium or group presentation experience within the timeshare or vacation ownership industry.
Timeshare or vacation ownership sales experience.

Demonstrated ability to perform as a confident communicator who is able to adapt his/her strategy & approach to reach varied groups and individuals.
