Detailed Description

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Park vehicles.
Service and maintain vans and golf carts.
Shuttle agents to and from the Sales Center.
Oversee inventory of paper goods, beverages and other supplies.
Stock owner baskets.
Prepare ice buckets for owner purchase celebrations.
Inventory and oversee storage units.
Provide superior customer service in accordance with the Company DRIven to Excellence standards.
Consistently practice the Meaning of Yes® and maintain the highest standards of professionalism when interacting with fellow team members, management, owners, members and prospects.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS

Required:

High School diploma, GED or equivalent.
Minimum 21 years of age due to insurance liability.

Preferred:

Previous experience in the hospitality or timeshare industry.

SKILLS

Required:

Ability to drive and park a passenger van, owner vehicle and golf cart.
Ability to make judgments and follow directions.
Ability to follow department guidelines and procedures.
Make recommendations for maintenance of vehicles.
