The VIP Concierge is responsible for providing the sales center with qualified sales prospects, by booking on-site and walk-in guests to Sales presentations. The VIP Concierge will provide general concierge services for all on-site guests including: information about the local area, booking attractions and various activity reservations, provide property information to guests and directing them to appropriate resort representatives as necessary.

Detailed Description
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Check guests in at the VIP Guest Service desk and escort the guest to their suite for room inspection/introduction (only upon request).
Book qualified prospects to sales presentations.
Learn and remain current on all area attractions included in the Marketing program and other various information.
Provide guests with site and area information.
Book area activities at retail prices for on-site guests.
Ensure the highest possible guest satisfaction at the resort.
Learn and execute a scripted sales presentation as provided by Management.
At beginning and end of every shift, call on-site guests that have not booked their tour presentation.
Receive on-site and pre-arrival phone calls from guests and offer them full Concierge services.
Report all negative guest experiences to the In House Marketing Manager.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of each shift and report all shift details to the Marketing Manager each night/end of shift.
Review weekly reports with Marketing Manager.
Perform a weekly & monthly review of the targeted penetration and budgeted VPA/Volume.
Maintain a minimum of 50% penetration and departmental budgeted volume per month.
Attend all in-house and regional Staff meetings as requested by Manager.
Attend scheduled one-on-one trainings as requested by Manager.
Maintain a good working relationship with resort departments.
Maintain professional grooming standards and a clean/organized workspace.
Oversee work schedules to control overtime.
Other duties as assigned by the Marketing Manager.

Job Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS
Required:
High School diploma, GED or equivalent.

Exceptional verbal and written communication & hospitality skills in serving our owners, guests and vendors.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to work with multiple priorities while maintaining an exceptional service level.
